Bando per la selezione di n. 39.646 volontari da impiegare in progetti di Servizio Civile Universale in Italia e all’estero

Bando per la selezione di 39.646 volontari: proroga della scadenza al 17 ottobre 2019

È prorogata di una settimana la scadenza del bando per la selezione di 39.646 volontari, inizialmente fissata alle ore 14.00 del 10 ottobre 2019.

I giovani tra i 18 e 28 anni – cittadini italiani, di altri Paesi dell’Unione europea o di Paesi extra Ue purché regolarmente soggiornanti in Italia – hanno quindi tempo fino alle ore 14.00 del 17 ottobre 2019 per presentare la domanda.

La proroga, richiesta da numerosi enti e da alcune Regioni, risponde all’esigenza di concedere qualche giorno in più ai ragazzi che quest’anno, tra le altre cose, si sono confrontati con una procedura completamente nuova rispetto al passato. L’obiettivo è dunque di favorire la massima partecipazione degli interessati.

Si ricorda che la domanda può essere presentata esclusivamente on line, da PC, smartphone o tablet, accedendo alla piattaforma DOL https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it tramite SPID, il Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale. Si tratta di una innovazione importante, in linea con la strategia del nostro Paese di accelerare il passaggio all’identità digitale per tutti i cittadini – a partire proprio dai giovani – e con l’impegno dell’amministrazione a rendere più semplici e trasparenti i processi.

Si invitano i giovani a richiedere lo SPID tempestivamente e di non aspettare gli ultimi giorni del bando, come invece è avvenuto ad oggi in molti casi, per essere certi di rispettare i tempi di scadenza.

I candidati non italiani che non possono disporre dello SPID, come sta già avvenendo fin dalla pubblicazione del bando, potranno accedere alla piattaforma attraverso apposite credenziali da richiedere al Dipartimento secondo la procedura riportata nella homepage del sistema DOL. Si fa riferimento, in particolare, ai cittadini di altri Paesi UE, di Svizzera, Islanda, Norvegia e Liechtenstein, e di Paesi extra Unione Europea in attesa di rilascio o di rinnovo di permesso di soggiorno. Allo stesso modo potranno richiedere l’accesso con credenziali i giovani  richiedenti asilo o rifugiati o che in virtù di situazioni particolari non riescono a ricevere lo SPID dagli Identity Providers.

Si rammenta che tutte le informazioni utili a partecipare sono pubblicate sul sito dedicato  https://scelgoilserviziocivile.gov.it/ e che è disponibile la Guida per la compilazione e la presentazione della Domanda On Line con la piattaforma DOL.


Scadenza : 10/10/2019 – Ore 14:00
Gli aspiranti operatori volontari dovranno presentare la domanda di partecipazione esclusivamente attraverso la piattaforma Domanda on Line (DOL) raggiungibile tramite PC, tablet e smartphone all’indirizzo https://domandaonline.serviziocivile.it.

Le domande di partecipazione devono essere presentate entro e non oltre le ore 14.00 del 10 ottobre 2019.
Per accedere ai servizi di compilazione e presentazione domanda sulla piattaforma DOL occorre essere riconosciuto dal sistema, che può avvenire in due modalità:
1. I cittadini italiani residenti in Italia o all’estero e i cittadini di Paesi extra Unione Europea regolarmente soggiornanti in Italia possono accedervi esclusivamente con SPID, il Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale. Sul sito dell’Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale agid.gov.it/it/piattaforme/spid sono disponibili tutte le informazioni su cosa è SPID, quali servizi offre e come si richiede.
2. I cittadini appartenenti ad un Paese dell’Unione Europea diverso dall’Italia o a Svizzera, Islanda, Norvegia e Liechtenstein, che ancora non possono disporre dello SPID, e i cittadini di Paesi extra Unione Europea in attesa di rilascio di permesso di soggiorno, possono accedere ai servizi della piattaforma DOL previa richiesta di apposite credenziali al Dipartimento, secondo una procedura disponibile sulla home page della piattaforma stessa.
